Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a well-known events company based near Woking, Surrey. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a PR and Marketing Assistant to join their upbeat and busy PR and Marketing Department. A competitive salary of up to 30k is on offer including excellent benefits; 25 days holiday and flexitime. Working in the office is preferred over hybrid working.
The ideal candidate for this PR and Marketing Assistant will have the following skills and attributes:
Essential:
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Proven ability to cope within a past paced and ever-changing industry
- Highly self-motivated and positive demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident communicator and experience working in a customer centric environment
- High standard of written communication
Desirable:
- Marketing or PR experience which includes composing Blogs and adding to website
- Previous success managing a social media diary including Meta, TikTok, Twitter and Linked in
The day-to-day duties for the Marketing and PR Assistant will include:
- Supporting the PR and Marketing team both administratively and creatively
- Collaborate and brainstorm ideas to increase press coverage and visibility
- Responding to media enquiries
- Draft blogs and email content
- Manage press packs and create content for website and press packs
- Adhoc duties to support the PR and Marketing campaigns
