Senior Marketing Administrator
Our client, an engineering consultancy dedicated to delivering sustainable projects worldwide, is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the Managing Director (MD) and wider team. This is a highly varied and pivotal role, ideal for someone with experience in a marketing environment who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
This is a permanent position based in Woking, with the flexibility to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Duties
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including handling membership renewals, travel arrangements, and conference bookings.
- Take minutes during marketing meetings and follow up on assigned actions.
- Organise and manage the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Marketing Coordination:
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it reflects current projects and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, the website, and other digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyse marketing performance to track campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Data and Reporting:
- Prepare reports for management, summarising marketing and administrative activities.
- Update and maintain the company CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Person Specification
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and website content systems.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
