Heat Pump Installation Engineer
Location: Hampshire / Surrey / London

We are seeking experienced and passionate Plumbing and Heating Engineers to join our client’s growing team and support the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps across the South East. What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Collaborating with a team to install environmentally friendly technology in residential properties, focusing on Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Undertaking industry-leading training to enhance your expertise in installation, problem-solving, and providing energy-efficient advice.
- Working on technical specifications and mechanical drawings to ensure high-quality installations.
- Coordinating with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pump systems.
- Taking a leadership role within the team, guiding and supporting your crew to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in boiler installation; knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps is a bonus.
- Skilled plumbing and heating engineers familiar with system design, troubleshooting, and domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Competence in reviewing technical specifications and mechanical drawings.
- Basic familiarity with electrical systems; experience with hydraulic systems and standards like CIBSE and MCS is advantageous.
- While F-gas knowledge is beneficial, it is not essential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience) in Plumbing and Heating.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Certifications:
- WRAS Water Supply Regulations certification.
- UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems certification.
- Gas Safe certification.
- BPEC Level 3 or equivalent in heat pump installation.
