- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting.
- Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations
- Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA
- Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
- Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications:
- Either a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)
- OR Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
- OR relevant Coaching qualification
- Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
- Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
- Experience of delivering training to adults
- Good level of I.T skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
