Job Description:


Our client has several positions available within their composite assembly manufacturing team to support the 2025 F1 car build. These roles involve producing composite parts and assemblies for a Formula One team, focusing on tooling, trimming, and bonding various composite components.

The role is set to begin in January 2025 and run through August, following a night shift pattern.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Produce parts in full compliance with engineering drawings.
  • Ensure all parts conform to specific instruction sheets.
  • Inspect completed components.
  • Trim and assemble carbon fiber components.
  • Handle the initial assembly of new car parts.
  • Service items from races and tests.
  • Prepare parts for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.


Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and an engineering skills background.
  • Strong practical skills.
  • Experience with trimming and assembling carbon fiber is essential.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic PC literacy.
