Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular safety checks to prevent trespassing and enforce parking regulations.
- Monitor site activities and behaviours to maintain a secure environment.
- Capture and manage CCTV footage and other recorded data.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks including joinery, DIY projects, and repairs.
- Oversee safe access and unloading of deliveries.
- Move furniture and equipment as required (manual handling involved).
- Support customers with website navigation and online dashboards.
- Provide VIP-level customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries with professionalism.
- Clearly explain products and services to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Ensure every customer leaves with a smile!
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to security.
- Experience with CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
- Basic skills in building maintenance are highly desirable.
- Strong rapport with young people.
