About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to play a key role in the smooth runing of a customers quotes. You’ll be responsible for compiling and sending customer quotations based on engineer reports and preparing installation packs to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling and sending accurate customer quotations based on engineer reports
  • Preparing and issuing installation packs
  • Coordinating with engineers and the wider team to maintain workflow
  • General administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Person Specification:
  • Excellent attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong team player with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
