Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client based in West Byfleet on an exclusive basis, to fill a role of an Office Manager in a highly successful & thriving business. Based in luscious offices in a stunning location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks
  • Provide supporting to various departments, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organising company events
  • Communicating with customers over the phone and emails with enquires - booking in orders on our computer software
  • Applying for skip permits and licences
  • Supporting Company Directors
  • Manage and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and relevant regulations are kept up to date
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing workspaces, ordering equipment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Work on your own initiative and part of team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ideally come with 5 years plus Office Manager skills
  • Confident and able to work using your initiative to coordinate and collaborate
