Payroll/Senior Processor (Bureau)Woking£26,000 - £39,000 p/aJob Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, and quarterly pay cycles.
  • Register PAYE schemes with HMRC.
  • Maintain and update client and employee records for permanent changes.
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Demonstrate expertise in administering auto-enrolment pensions via payroll.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience.
  • CIPP Technician qualification is advantageous but not essential; practical experience is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in IT, including MS Office and databases.
  • Experience with payroll systems such as STAR/Iris or PayCircle is preferred but not required.
  • A team-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
