- Ensure the accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, and quarterly pay cycles.
- Register PAYE schemes with HMRC.
- Maintain and update client and employee records for permanent changes.
- Support with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Demonstrate expertise in administering auto-enrolment pensions via payroll.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- CIPP Technician qualification is advantageous but not essential; practical experience is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in IT, including MS Office and databases.
- Experience with payroll systems such as STAR/Iris or PayCircle is preferred but not required.
- A team-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
