Job Title: Payroll Administrator Location: WokingSalary: Negotiable DOE  JGA is partnering with a thriving accountancy firm in Woking that is undergoing significant expansion and transformation. We are looking for experienced payroll professionals with an accountancy or payroll bureau background who are ready for the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client payrolls of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Set up PAYE schemes with HMRC.
  • Maintain and update client and employee records with permanent changes.
  • Administer auto-enrolment pension schemes through payroll.
  • Assist with ad hoc payroll duties as required.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Currently working in an accountancy firm or payroll bureau.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
