Sales Advisor – Inbound – Up to £32k – Woking – Hybrid
Are you passionate about the environment and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client is currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for residential/home-owner customers, playing a key role in shaping their experience. You will turn enquiries into successful outcomes through careful planning and great organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming new enquiry calls and allocating other calls as needed.
- Contacting new email enquiries by phone to establish a connection.
- Providing advice to prospective clients to help secure sales
- Following up on survey proposals promptly to secure client instructions.
- Managing client instructions by setting up projects in the company’s database
- Raising invoices, and processing payments.
- Drafting standard residential management plans to support Consultants
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with research and data collection as needed.
Who/what we are looking for?
- An interest in environmental issues is highly desirable.
- Degree in environmental studies or similar a bonus
- Strong communication skills to build trust and balance customer needs with business objectives.
- A positive, results-driven approach to create lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
