We are expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Lighting Technician to help deliver exceptional technical solutions.

Position Overview:

As a Lighting Technician, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering an exciting range of projects across various sectors. The role will involve working on different live events where no day is the same, allowing you to gain experience across a variety of exciting and high-profile projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Lighting Expertise: Strong background in performance lighting design, implementation, and operation, with particular experience in live music and events.
  • Console Proficiency: Proficient in at least one of the following lighting console platforms: GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys.
  • General Production Knowledge: A solid understanding of rigging, power distribution, data distribution, and electrical theory. Basic fault-finding skills are essential.
  • Additional Disciplines: Experience in other production areas, such as audio or video, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing situations. Ability to liaise effectively with various teams and clients.
  • Driving Licence: A full driving licence is highly beneficial.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the live events industry.
