Pay Rates: 拢 25.67 - 拢 29.96 Per hour

Shift Patterns: Full/Part time across 7 days / Mix of shift patterns between 8am-8pm

Why might this job interest you?

You will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary Urgent Community Response (UCR) team. Undertaking assessments, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients including telephone triage, multi-factorial falls assessments, and patients who may require crisis management and/or rehabilitation interventions to prevent acute hospital admissions and to support complex hospital discharges. These patients often have complex presentations.

路 To make diagnosis of perceptual/cognitive and functional difficulties from generic or specialist assessment.

What you鈥檒l need:

路 Degree or Equivalent in Physiotherapy

路 HCPC Registration

路 Minimum of 2 years post qualification & NHS Experience

路 Knowledge of a wide range of client groups including any of the following: community, rehabilitation, hospital, neurology, elderly, oncology and orthopaedics

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
