### Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational team in Woking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children aged 5-11, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and personal development.

### Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and initiatives.- Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom atmosphere.- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders regarding student performance and wellbeing.- Support students' social and emotional development, promoting inclusivity and respect.

### Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.- Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
