Salary: OTE £60k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator: Would you like to increase your earning potential with an established, high performing, independent estate agency with several offices in and around Horsell in Surrey?
A superb opportunity has arisen for driven, hard-working, competent Sales Negotiator to join our client’s thriving business.
The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator and have real enthusiasm for property and customer service and be the kind of person who always strives to exceed customers’ expectations.
Ideally, you will have 12 months’ previous experience in agency, however if you have experience in sales and customer service you may also be considered.
You must have a full UK driving license and have your own car.
The Company: Our client is a highly successful independent Estate Agency Group, with flourishing Sales & Lettings offices across the Surrey area
Skills required for thisSales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in agency or sales
- Experience of working in a commission-based environment
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of customer service
- Great telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and car owner
