Quantity Surveyor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Woking. The business unit undertakes projects across a range of sectors including public and private education, motor-retail, commercial and leisure valuing up to 10mil. Projects are administrated predominantly via JCT form of contract.
About this Quantity Surveyor role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a couple of projects from the early procurement phase through to final account. You will be responsible for monthly cost reporting to the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
- Involvement in pre-construction activities
- Procurement
- Dealing with variations / valuations
- Final accounting sub-contract packages
Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract
- Experience working within an established main contractor
- Live within commutable distance to Woking and be happy to commute to sites
- Full right to work in the UK
