ITS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in the financial management and successful execution of projects ranging from £1 million to £13 million. Youll work closely with our specialized divisions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Proficiency in JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets and cost plans for projects.
  • Administer and manage JCT, D&B, and NEC contracts effectively.
  • Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts to ensure profitability.
  • Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage projects delivered through council frameworks, ensuring compliance with their specific requirements.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in projects ranging from £1m-£13m.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT, D&B, and NEC contract frameworks.
  • Experience working within council frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving project success.
