LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: St Johns Wood, NW8

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator with proven record in residential lettings who is confident, responsible and highly motivated.

The perfect candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with people and be someone who understands what customer service really means.

To apply for this role, you will be able to illustrate successes that you have had in the industry to date, and you should be well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

Skills required for this Estate Agency Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings / estate agency essential

  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manners and a positive attitude
  • Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of the St Johns Wood area helpful
  • Full Driving License
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
