LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/ TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - WOKING - UP TO £40,000 OTE DOE

Our client is an extremely successful Estate Agent in Woking who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator or a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Arranging appointments
  • Taking clear messages
  • Registering new applicants
  • Entering viewing onto the system
  • Some administration
  • Delivering leaflets
  • Booking valuations
  • Conducting viewings

Skills and experience required:

  • Great communication skills & attention to detail
  • Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be able to prioritise workload
  • Experience in administration

You Must:

  • Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
  • Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
