Our client is seeking an accomplished Lettings Manager with a proven track record of handling high volumes of lets while maintaining exceptional standards. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sustaining and expanding their extensive landlord portfolio. You’ll oversee the entire lettings process from start to finish, including managing tenant inquiries, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring all necessary checks are completed efficiently and accurately.
