Property Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 based in Woking, SurreyAs a Property Manager you will take a lead role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. This position requires an experienced professional with excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of both landlords and tenants, managing property maintenance, and addressing any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on property performance, rental income, and market trends.
  • Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and conduct property inspections as necessary.
  • Administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor rent collection, track expenses, and address financial inquiries from tenants and landlords.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Work with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Address and resolve tenant concerns, disputes, and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Implement effective solutions to enhance overall tenant satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about local property management regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Take necessary actions to address legal matters and disputes in coordination with legal professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related activities.
  • Generate reports on property performance, financial status, and other relevant metrics
  • Collaborate with other members of the property management team and support staff.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
 Experience Required:
  • Experience in property management/customer service, preferably with a focus on residential properties.
  • Knowledge of the Woking area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
  • Familiarity with property management software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to effectively address and resolve issues and challenges.
