Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and taking accurate messages.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle tenant and client account queries efficiently.
  • Provide excellent tenant support, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment that varies in pace.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
