Duties:
- Providing a first-class service to customers both in person and over the phone
- Using the system to update information
- Always maintain a high level of customer care
- Provide information to customers on a daily basis
- Update customer contact details on the database
- Accept and process telephone care payments
- Front of house reception duties
- Meeting and greeting customers
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft office experience
- Confident dealing with customers
- Available immediately to start
