We are seeking an experienced and motivated GP Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of reception services and maintaining excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the reception team, ensuring high levels of professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate staff rotas, holiday planning, and cover to maintain adequate reception support.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to reception staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and professionally.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to streamline patient flow and enhance practice operations.
- Monitor and improve appointment booking systems to meet patient demand and practice capacity.
- Ensure compliance with practice policies, NHS standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff for their development.

About You:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using patient management systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GP practice operations, NHS guidelines, and confidentiality policies is advantageous.
