National Account Manager - Amazon

Hybrid (3 days a week in the office).

Reporting in to Head of E Commerce I am looking for an experienced Amazon National Account Manager to join the team of a leading Consumer Goods/ Lifestyle brand with exceptionally exciting growth plans!

Within this role you will be supporting with identifying, quantifying, and executing growth opportunities across Amazon and other multi-channel platforms globally. Using your strong understanding of data insights, analysis and knowledge of platforms including Amazon vendor central.

Responsibilities:

* Manage & develop Amazon platform

* Responsible for achieving accelerated growth & achieve KPI's and sku level margin

* Creating A + Content

* Maintain & develop product / ASIN IDQ

* Make recommendations towards AMS/ DSP spend & strategy to optimise ROAS in each market.

* Accurate forecasting to facilitate timely growth objectives.

* Ongoing review & tracking of product organic search and ranking to ensure optimisation.

* Approval of Invoices, Dispute management & tracking to ensure efficiency and ROI.

* Market data and insights review and sharing of key insights as available

You will bring with you:

* Ideally 3 + years hands-on Amazon experience (ideally) across multiple markets

* Ideally you will have experience of both 1P & 3P Amazon exposure & understanding (Vendor / Seller) - but can be open on this depending on experience.

* Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong written & oral communication skills

* Can do attitude with a strong desire to see successful projects through
