Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and deliver inclusive, inspiring, and enriching Mathematics lessons that meet the high aspirations of our learners.
- Ensure the quality of teaching and learning continues to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications required for success in their chosen next steps.
- Maintain good order and discipline amongst students, safeguarding their health and safety both on and off the site.
- Engage actively with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports to stakeholders and contribute to the development of teaching and learning materials.
- Degree Level qualification and QTS Status.
- Recent experience of teaching Mathematics at all Key Stages, with a proven record of exam success.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to establish positive relationships with students.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a range of strategies to create a positive climate for learning.
- Experience in performance management cycles and systems and an understanding of the use of assessment to inform planning.
- Professional growth through collaborative working, expert guidance, and career development planning.
- Participation in a comprehensive introductory programme that includes safeguarding training.
