We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our vibrant secondary school in Woking from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach Science across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive and forward-thinking school.

Science Teacher (KS3-KS4)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging and innovative Science lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that are aligned with the National Curriculum and designed to motivate students of varying abilities.
  • Prepare students for GCSEs by fostering a deep understanding of key scientific principles and developing their analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the Science Department to develop resources and ensure consistency in teaching and assessment.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.

Science Teacher (KS3-KS4)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant Science degree.
  • Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4, with strong knowledge of the GCSE syllabus.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for Science and the ability to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm in your students.
