Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in for a fast-paced retailer with a great reputation for service and products! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintain strong brand standards at all times. Having a background in a fast paced, multi product environment is preferred. We are happy to consider candidates from big box stores, trade stores, DIY stores, food stores or any general merchandise/multi-product retailers!

As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Recruit, lead and develop a great store team
  • Driving customer service standards in your store.
  • Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
  • Manage you're P&L and control costs
  • Maintain company and product brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
  • Achieving store and company KPI's.
  • Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.

Our Client's Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer focused brand. To be successful for this position you would have had a minimum of 12 months experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager in a strong retail environment.
