- Previous experience working within a mental health / wellbeing role supporting adults
- A Diploma or Degree in appropriate subject (Counselling, Psychology, Mental Health, Health and Social Care - level 3) is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- An understanding of Safeguarding policy and practice
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of mental health issues
