- Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of service staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and procedures
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of service data
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- Utilize data to inform service improvements and decision-making
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and manage the service contract to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Ensure services are delivered within budget and to a high standard
- Identify and address any issues or risks related to the service contract
- Ideally you will have experience in mental health services, ideally support those in crisis but will also consider experience within health and social care
- Experience leading and managing a team with diverse skill sets
- Experience of managing risk, incidents and/or safeguarding
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth understanding of service contract management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to travel and work flexibly
