WALKER SUPPORT ASSISTANT - WOKING - 30K - 35K DOE

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS TOTALLY OFFICE BASED

Are you looking for a Support Assistant role where you will be thefirst point of contact for queries via email and phone. Overseeing the accurate maintenance of the CRM system through imports of all volunteer registrations and participants in event.

What you'll be doing

Data processing:

  • Entering information onto a database through imports and manual entry.
  • Creating and maintaining up to date department specific training notes.
  • Overseeing data cleansing of the CRM system so database is accurate.
  • Overseeing the update of opt outs onto our CRM, monitoring, managing and maintaining integrity of the database so my client is GDPR compliant
  • Importing fund-raising from Third Party platforms to the CRM
  • Preparing information to be used at events
  • Entering payments and Gift Aid details from sponsor forms
  • Assisting with data segmentation for email campaigns
  • Providing event analysis on registrations and fund-raising

Packing:

  • Quick, efficient and accurate packing of various items to walkers etc.
  • Send all internal outgoing post from the office be that day-to-day letters or main event packs, major donor packs, thank you letters and resident letters for the major events
  • The role will also support when preparing for events such as the Help Desk

Walker Support:

  • Overseeing external communications with walkers through email and phone calls so a friendly telephone manner is important
  • Updating the system with outcomes
  • Dealing with event pack queries should a pack go missing or require item changes to be reposted
  • Dealing with technical queries on fund-raising pages and registration
