Your new company
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Social Work professionals to join our client's Multi-Agency Safeguarding team on a permanent, full-time basis. This team plays a vital role in safeguarding children by working collaboratively with various agencies to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns. Your new role

  • Conduct thorough assessments of safeguarding referrals.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies (e.g., police, health services, social care) to gather and share information.
  • Make informed decisions on the level of risk and appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all cases.
  • Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to the development of safeguarding plans.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Social Worker with SWE Registration.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with families and professionals in a timely way.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Substantial children's social work experience in a UK Statutory setting
