What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable Python-based software solutions across the full lifecycle.
- Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned to technical specifications and business requirements.
- Architect software solutions that integrate seamlessly within the existing technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to maintain high standards and share best practices.
- Proactively identify and manage technical risks, providing innovative solutions.
What you'll bring
- Extensive commercial experience in Python software development, including frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Proficient with modern software practices such as git, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid experience designing scalable, maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with relational and document databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
