Job OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Woking. You will support students with their academic and emotional needs, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students.
- Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing the classroom.
- Support students with SEN or EAL to achieve their learning goals.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a supportive attitude.
- Awareness of safeguarding practices in schools.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in education, SEN, or childcare are a plus.
