Are you passionate about supporting young learners? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN LSA to work in a well-established school in Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to make a positive impact in the classroom and help students with additional learning needs.

As a SEN LSA, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and emotionally. Your main responsibility will be to work alongside teachers, helping to adapt lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of students. Whether it's providing one-on-one support or assisting in small group work, your contribution will help ensure that all students have the best possible chance to succeed.

Key Responsibilities: SEN LSA - Education and Training
  • Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assist teachers in adapting the curriculum and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Monitor student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff on student development and well-being.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting engagement and active participation in classroom activities.
  • Support students with behavioral and emotional needs, helping them build confidence and resilience.
