Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching to small classes of boys aged 7 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Work closely with each student to maximise their daily learning experience and ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Utilise the school’s extensive facilities, including a therapy suite and sensory room, to support student regulation and learning access.
  • Participate in high-quality CPD programs and contribute to the school’s commitment to instructional excellence.
  • Engage with a national and regional network of schools to share best practices and support educational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in a similar role or setting.
