The Procurement analyst will work across multiple data sets and has the opportunity to provide value added data insights to enable informed and data driven decision making.Furthermore, they will develop and maintain our reporting tools, data products and platforms as well the Procurement documentation, guidance, and communications.This role offers a career pathway for somebody to develop further skills, knowledge, and behaviours within Procurement to work towards a senior level role in the functionWhat you'll need to succeed* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail with the ability to implement digital driven improvements* Advanced user of data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, with evidence ability to turn data insights into clear messages, objectives, and actions* High level of self-motivation and tenacity to drive and deliver results to get a job done* A good level of business and financial acumen in order to analyse and present data* Comfortable working in a complex and changing organization* Project Management experience would be desirable* Willingness to learn, self-develop and work towards a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualification/s* Works with integrity, role modelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplaceWhat you'll get in returnThis is a great opportunity to join an international organisation where you can develop and grow and see the impact of your work
