We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join a leading global organisation renowned for its dedication to quality, ongoing improvement, and a culture that celebrates diversity and innovation. This pivotal role ensures the effective operational supply of equipment, supports installation and maintenance programs, and manages delivery to customers and service providers, all within budget and in line with service quality KPIs. This position offers the chance to engage in exciting projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent benefits package (detailed below) includes 10% bonus. Hybrid working applies.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with Supply Partners to maintain appropriate stock levels by analysing current stock against demand.
  • Ensure orders are expedited to meet expected Service Levels.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to maintain an accurate equipment forecast for the installation program.
  • Manage service demands and equipment levels to support installation and maintenance activity, taking into account seasonal variances.
  • Review and adjust stock levels at service providers and direct storage locations to align with the demand plan.
  • Oversee the order process, including order validation, budget communication, and data provision to support the order lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the P&L for the equipment budget by implementing efficient delivery schedules and suggesting corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain or similar operational role.
  • Strong supplier or customer relationship management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in managing system and process development projects is advantageous.
