Our client was formed in 1989 as a partnership and became a Limited company in 2000. With over 28 years experience in the ICT Industry, they have worked on many projects ranging from listed buildings to newly constructed state of the art data centres.Due to a recent expansion, my client is looking for a Data Cabling Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Full voice and data installations including 1st and 2nd fixing cabling throughout a range of sites.
- Working across established and new sites
- Installation of containments
- Installation of fibre cable
- Completing and maintaining company and client paperwork
- Installation and termination of Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a etc.
- Fault finding and reporting on cabling issues and various communication systems
Location: Chertsey
Essential Requirements
- 2 to3 years of industry experience
- Full UK License
- CSCS Card / ECS -Datacom's installer card
- Clean Background (Security Checks will be carried out - Level 3 SC Cleared)
-Previous Data Cabling Experience, including testing and using fluke test equipment
