About the Role:
As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a dynamic team of 3-4 design engineers, overseeing all aspects of engineering projects from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring timelines are met, risks are managed, and progress is clearly communicated both internally and to customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of talented design engineers
- Oversee all engineering projects, keeping them on track with clear milestones and progress reports
- Identify and manage risks, providing proactive solutions
- Keep all department heads in the loop with updates, action plans, and support
- Liaise with customers, providing updates and handling any delays with professionalism
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering
- Leadership skills and experience in people management
