We are seeking a Facilities Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of our warehouse and staff facilities, as well as performing driving duties as required. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working individual who can manage cleaning tasks efficiently and assist in warehouse operations during peak times.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform general daily cleaning duties in the warehouse, including mopping, sweeping, and deep cleaning specific areas as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness in staff facilities, including toilets and offices.
- Drive for errands as needed, operating Luton/Low loader vans.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties during busy periods.
- Carry out any other tasks as requested by the line manager.
- Proven reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean driving record and capable of heavy lifting.
- Preferably holds a UK Driving Licence.
