- Supervising the delivery of the helpline service
- Lead briefing sessions at the beginning and the end of shifts to newer volunteers and be the escalation point for concerns in client safety
- Monitoring and evaluating demand across the helpline to ensure effective service delivery
- Work with stakeholders to develop the service
- Develop listening service systems and processed to ensure it meets the needs of clients
- Manage a small team of volunteers, supporting them to operate in line with current guidance and best practise
- Reporting and gathering data from various systems
- Ideally you will have experience in providing trauma informed helpline advise or support
- Leadership or mentoring experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work with data and create reports
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
