We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join McLaren Automotive in Woking.Paying £14.57 per hourThis has the opportunity to be a temporary to permanent role.Working hours; Monday to Friday - 05:30 to 13:45 & 15:00 to 23:15, rotating on a weekly basis. With opportunities for stand ups on a weekend which are paid at a higher rate.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse/Logistics Operative to operate as a multi-skilled and adaptable member of the Logistics team. As a Warehouse/Logistics Operative you should be physically and mentally adept in providing first class working practice within the stores and manufacturing environment. As a new member of the team in your role as an operative, you will receive full training and the opportunity to develop skills and train in all areas.You will be methodical by nature with a keen eye for detail, which leads to reliable stock management, inventory control and materials handling.Warehouse Operatives Responsibilities: * Be aware of and observe all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental best practice standards at all times* Ensure that all supplier deliveries are processed on time, stock is located correctly and accurately, picked and issued to the production lines as required* Operate all material movements and transactions, from goods in, through assembly and dispatch, within the computer-based systems to the highest level of discipline and accuracyRequirements:* Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry* Prior experience of working as part of a team is desirable as well as experience of working to timescales and deadlines* Ability to follow processes set in place.* Good verbal and written communication skills.* Team playerPAYE employment with pension available
