Sonic Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative with at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks while mentoring other staff members.
Key responsibilities include accurately picking orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and leading the team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional early starts and a few Saturdays as needed.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous warehouse experience and be comfortable taking ownership of their role and leading others. Key responsibilities include:

Picking orders accurately and efficiently to be handed over to the packing team.
Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and tidy.
Leading and mentoring other staff members.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
Strong leadership skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
During busy periods, you will be required to start at 7:00 AM and work occasional Saturdays. Last year, only 3 Saturdays were worked.
