Qualified Group Accountant - Wokingham (office based)- Up to £68k + Bonus and Benefits- ACCA/CIMA/ACA
IN2 Consult are currently partnering with a scale up/hypergrowth SME on the recruitment of a Group Accountant to join their team.
The role offers candidates the opportunity to go into a role which will scale in line with high business growth. Initially this role will include: leading the month end close, driving process improvement, Consolidating different entities and presenting Month end, actuals, budgets and forecasts to senior stakeholders.
The duties of this Qualified Group Accountant also include:
- Full ownership of month-end management accounts.
- Business partner with key stakeholders to deliver core information in order to help aid key decision making
- Own the fixed asset accounting processes
- Drive and deliver process improvement from a project accounting perspective
- Stock accounting
- Line manage a small team
- KPI Reporting
- Year end/Audit prep and assistance.
The desired candidate for this Qualified Group Accountant should have the following experience:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
- Strong experience in driving accounting process improvements
- Strong experience in the production of month-end management accounts
- SME background is highly advantageous
- Exposure to fixed asset and project accounting
- Stock accounting experience is highly advantageous
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong communication skills
