?? Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus?? Location: You could be based in South Berkshire, Reading, oxford, Swindon, Crawley, Croydon, Surrey (offices close to train stations, with free parking and electric car charging on-site)?? Flexibility: 35-hour workweek.

Are you a qualified accountant with a solid grounding in corporation tax and transfer pricing? Or perhaps you're an experienced accountant with exposure to tax who is eager to specialize in this field? This role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge, career development, and supportive teamwork in a global business environment.

What We're Looking For:

?? Qualified Accountant with at least 3+ years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)?? Strong experience in corporation tax and transfer pricing, or a deep interest in specialising in tax?? Background in client accounting within a practice setting, with some exposure to tax - perfect for someone ready to make the move into a dedicated tax role?? Familiarity with US/UK GAAP and ERP systems ?? Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage queries and liaise with HMRC and senior stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities:

?? 80% Tax Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly tax provisions - overseeing processes handled by external advisors
  • Managing intercompany recharges
  • Handling quarterly VAT submissions prepared by the shared services team
  • Annual risk review for a major client
  • Preparing and reviewing budgets for projects
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HMRC on queries and filings

?? 20% Accounting Support:

  • Supporting statutory accounting processes, working with outsourced providers to resolve queries
  • Budgeting
