Our client is a leading provider of technology-driven facilities management solutions, working with over 30 blue-chip clients. They are expanding rapidly and are currently looking to take on an organised and proactive, customer friendly Account Coordinator that can work in a team environment as a team player.

Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries via phone and email.
  • Update scheduled task modules for regular maintenance bookings.
  • Coordinate contract renewals, terminations, and supplier purchase orders.
  • Assist with service setup and ad hoc document preparation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Manage client data in TASKYE, including contract sites, users, and suppliers.
  • Support Account Managers with contract mobilisations and service improvements.
  • Perform quality audits and assist with out-of-hours support.
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and task management software (desirable).
  • Previous experience in facilities management or support service roles is a plus, but not required (full training provided).
