What you'll do:

  • Manage retail account activity with finesse, from uploading assets to overseeing product sample processes.

  • Keep range assortments, pricing documents, and line forms impeccably up-to-date.

  • Develop and maintain critical trackers, spreadsheets, and reports that keep the team on top of international sales activities.

  • Ensure seamless communication across teams, from logistics to marketing.

  • Act as the point of contact for your assigned customers, building trusted, long-lasting relationships.

  • Track key metrics, forecasts, and deliverables to meet customer expectations and drive performance.

  • Masterfully juggle requests, escalations, and other tasks to support the Sales Director and ensure the team runs like a well-oiled machine.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Location: Wokingham (outskirts of)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (Hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
