We are thrilled to be collaborating with one of the top regional financial planning companies in the Southeast, and we are assisting them in their search for a qualified Financial Planning Administrator.

Working with this well-managed, professional IFA practice, which has a stellar reputation as an employer and a source of diligent, moral, and comprehensive wealth management advice, is a terrific opportunity. In order to pursue a long and fulfilling career as an Independent Financial Advisor in the long run, they are seeking to hire a Wealth Planning Administrator with prior experience working in an IFA Practice or in the broader wealth management industry.

This particular firm offers a relatively unique opportunity: it works with clients referred to it by family law firms; it assists clients navigating particularly complex divorces; it helps them plan for intergenerational estate planning and financial stability following the loss of a family member. In a departure from the norm for an IFA Administrator, you will be required to develop and maintain close personal working connections with your clients while also advancing your own long-term wealth management career.

The role:

Along with interacting with clients, creating reports for client review meetings, and performing other as-needed duties related to the position, your responsibilities will include managing the financial administration of pensions, investments, and other financial services goods and services. Regarding you and your background:You should ideally have some prior experience working in an administrative capacity within an IFA or wealth management practice and have a solid understanding of the functions of a financial advisor's role. This is a very progressive Financial Planning Administrative role, and as such, it requires explicit experience of previous work in a Wealth Management Practice. Additionally, you might have started the process of earning your Financial Planning Diploma or have a strong desire to do so.

The position also offers genuine professional advancement. When you're up for the task, the following stage would be to begin studying the responsibilities of a paraplanning. Complete on-the-job training and assistance will be given, in addition to flexible hybrid working hours.

If you are interested in discussing this role further or would like to know about other opportunities we are working on, please contact Sam at Financial Divisions.
