A well-established organisation with over 30 years of expertise in water treatment and hygiene is seeking two Sales Assistants to join its Equipment Sales Department. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, these roles will be instrumental in supporting the sales process through administrative tasks, customer interaction, and order coordination. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and solutions throughout the lifecycle of a building, making it a trusted partner for consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of quotes, proposals, and reports.

Professionally manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Coordinate and process orders with accuracy, ensuring timely delivery.

Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.

Liaise with internal departments, such as operations, engineering, and accounts, to address customer issues effectively.

Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Support the sales team by attending client appointments when required.
